If you ask our friends and family, everyone says that Parker looks just like Michael. I totally agree, but surprisingly I came across some photos that might change every ones minds. I am thinking that Parker looks a little more like his momma in the picture below....what do you think???

Two new teeth
The tooth fairy finally visited Parker and left him with two new teeth! We had a few rough teething days, but luckily I was staying at my parents house and we all took turns trying to comfort the poor little guy. Now I'm just hoping that we can have a little break until the next set of teeth decide to make an appearance.

My New Love
I am the luckiest girl to have such a sweet husband! While I was away visiting my family in WA, Michael stayed home planning the surprise of a lifetime....a new car! He handed me the keys as we pulled into the driveway on our way home from the airport. To my surprise, there was my dream car wrapped with a big red bow! Wow, I am a very lucky girl :)
Our next visitor, Grandma Carol
Grandma Carol came to visit us in April during her spring break! Parker was very excited to have his Grandma around for a few days. She brought him his first Easter basket filled with baby goodies and books that they would secretly play with while mom and dad were sleeping. Grandma Carol loves to spoil our little baby boy and is ready to rock, bounce, sing, and dance at any moment that Parker may need some attention....I could definitely get use to having her around :)

The Hansen's come to visit
Our good old college friends Matt, Brittany, and their baby girl Hayden, came to visit us in March. They flew down for a friend's wedding down south, and then made the 3 hour trip up to Bakersfield to stay a few nights with us. Our babies, who are only two weeks apart, finally got to meet each other for the first time! I wanted to get some cute photos of the two, so I sewed matching onesies and baby legs to make their play date that much cuter....ahh I love it. During their stay we had great weather, so we took advantage of the sunshine and spent the day at the park with the little ones. Thanks for visiting Hansen Family!!!

Spring has Sprung
I know it's a little late, but I had to post the following pictures from our Easter trip to San Diego. Parker was excited to hang out with his cousin Kenzie and they enjoyed their first Easter together. Rachel went all out for the kids and filled a sand box full of plastic easter eggs. So much fun....the babies had a great time playing and making lots of noise. Later that afternoon, Aunt Liz and Uncle Mark hosted a fabulous Easter lunch in their backyard. We had a great day enjoying the sunshine and spending time with family.
